Advanced Space is seeking a Special Projects & Event Assistant to engage directly with customers, partners, and industry professionals at events, conferences, and special initiatives. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our company’s presence through meaningful interactions while also supporting event coordination, administrative tasks, research initiatives, and recruitment efforts. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions while making a direct impact. This person will play an integral role in ensuring that our fast-paced and growing team is properly aligned and equipped to support mission planning, operations, and technology development.

This position is open to U.S. Persons only (U.S. citizens, or lawful permanent residents), as required by applicable laws and regulations.

We do not provide visa sponsorship or support work authorization for this role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking engagements by interacting with customers, partners, and attendees.

·       Assist with planning and coordinating company events, ensuring seamless execution via onsite attendance.

·       Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and logistics support.

·       Conduct research on AI/ML best practices to support company initiatives.

·       Provide support for recruiting efforts, including coordinating interviews and sourcing candidates.

·       Collaborate with teams on various special projects as needed.

·       Support management of messaging on the Advanced Space website (blogs, team changes, etc.) through WordPress.

         Other duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for face-to-face engagements.

·       Ability to confidently represent the company in professional settings.

·       Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt to shifting priorities.

·       Experience with event coordination, research, or administrative work is a plus but not required.

·       Knowledge of tools to generate digital marketing materials.

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (preferred)

        In the office 5 days per week

Compensation and Benefits:

·       Salary Range – $25 per hour
